Hybrid Phoenix

Classic mid century home. Gutted to the studs and original mansard roof was removed. The 'hat' was conceived. New plumbing, electrical, heat and air conditioning, along with windows, drywall, kitchen and bathrooms; made for a rebirth of this special home. The residence was owned for 48 years by one family until its new owner chose to honor its past and breath new life into its future.
